This website is operated by HEADQUARTER. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to HEADQUARTER. These terms and conditions are a legal agreement between us and apply to your use of our website. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Terms of Service. You must read, agree with and accept all the terms and conditions contained in this agreement and our privacy policy. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms of Service from your part will result in an immediate termination of the services offered to you.
All designs, images, and texts reproduced on this website site are the sole property of HEADQUARTER and reserved under copyright. By entering and using our website, you acknowledge and agree that all content is protected by copyright, design rights and trademark rights as applicable.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service and products, use of the service, or access to the service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
Product information
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only, according to our Return, refund and exchange policy and procedure.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Please note that all products are individually hand-crafted and some slight variations may occur. The highest possible standard of technique and materials will be maintained at all times. All our headwear is of the highest quality, each one is hand-crafted in our atelier in Switzerland.

Orders
All orders placed by you are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Orders may only be placed by individual customers and corporations purchasing goods other than for resale. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
After you have placed the order with us, you will receive a confirmation email. Acceptance of your order and a contract of sale between us are not formed until payment in full has been received and cleared.
Currency, prices, duties & taxes
All prices shown for our products are in Swiss francs. They do not include delivery charges. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Please note that on all orders placed for delivery outside Switzerland, you are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.
Shipping and delivery
All items are sent using Swiss Post Priority Delivery and can be tracked via the courier company's website. All services require a signature at the point of delivery.
Each HEADQUARTER piece is carefully hand-crafted in Switzerland, using couture millinery techniques. Please allow two to four weeks for your piece to be produced and be ready to be shipped. Some of our products are, however, available for immediate purchase and delivery.
Local delivery (Switzerland and Liechtenstein) is a next day service (excluding Sunday and local holidays). International delivery times vary depending on the final destination. We would advise 2-5 working days for Europe, 3-8 working days for the USA and Canada, 4-8 working days for Russian Federation and Australia, and 8-12 working days for Brazil.
HEADQUARTER is not responsible for any delays in delivery incurred due to adverse weather conditions, customs processes, industrial action or circumstances beyond our control once the item is with the delivery providers.
Return, refund and exchange policy and procedure
Goods are returnable within 14 days. After this period, all sales are final. Intention to return must be made in an email to info@byheadquarter.ch within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery in an unworn, perfect original condition, with all labels intact, in the original packaging.
Once the goods are back with us and found to be in satisfactory condition, we shall refund the full purchase price excluding the cost of shipping and duties occurred. We are not liable for the original delivery costs or the return cost unless there is an error on our part.
Refunds and exchanges shall not be given on any items that have been worn or used, and/or are in an un-saleable condition.
If you wish to exchange an item, you shall have to pay any difference in cost of the item and any additional delivery cost.
Please note that it is not possible to accept returns or exchanges on made-to-measure goods. However, we want you to feel satisfied with your purchase, so if your headwear does not match your expectations, please contact us immediately.
To return your parcel, please use the courier post service and make sure that the parcel is trackable online. Please wrap your parcel securely to avoid damage in transit back to us. We advise reusing the packaging that the order was supplied in.
Please note that we cannot accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit back to us.
The cost of returning shall be borne by you, unless the goods are faulty, in which case a full refund shall be issued, including the initial and return shipping cost. Please use the following return address:

Privacy statement
By adding your name to our mailing list, placing an order, or sending an enquiry, your details will not be shared with third parties.
HEADQUARTER is committed to complying with all relevant Data Protection legislation (see also the separate document Data protection privacy statement).
We do not store credit/debit card details you give us other than in connection with the transaction you authorise. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
We collect information about you when you place an order for products or services. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback or when without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence, to pay compensation for any comments, or to respond to any comments.
We may from time to time contact you with regard to our products and services. You can request at any time that we make no further contact with you by sending an email to info@byheadquarter.ch.
